Pricing
The price you see at checkout is the price you’ll pay. We process payments upon order placement. While we typically adjust prices annually, we reserve the right to modify pricing as necessary.
Product Availability
In the event that an advertised product is unavailable, we may substitute a similar item of equivalent value. Your payment will have been processed, and the charged amount will remain unchanged. If you prefer not to receive substitutions, please indicate this in the order notes.
Quality Assurance
We take pride in our products and strive to ensure they reach you in optimal condition. Upon receipt, please promptly open your package and inspect the contents. If you have any concerns about quality, email us at asap@goldenfarm.com.au with photos, and we’ll work immediately to resolve the issue.
Delivery Responsibility
Risk of damage or deterioration transfers to the buyer upon delivery. We cannot accept claims for damage after delivery unless promptly reported. We are not responsible for quality issues arising from:
- Incorrect delivery addresses
- Unopened parcels
- Weather-related delivery delays
- Absence at time of delivery
- Gifts sent to unavailable recipients
Ownership
Golden Farm retains ownership of goods until full payment is received.
Returns
We do not accept returns on perishable items. For non-perishable products, contact our customer service team for return instructions.
Delivery Methods
We use Sendle for all our deliveries. Orders are packed in insulated containers with appropriate cooling materials. Delivery to some regional areas may take longer; in such cases, we’ll use additional cooling to maintain product quality.
Delivery Timeframes
While we aim to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control.
Accepting Delivery
Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at the specified address. If you prefer contactless delivery, please provide clear instructions for a safe drop-off location in the order notes.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed through a secure, authorized payment service to ensure your information remains confidential.
Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers. Please refer to the specific terms of each promotion.
Order Cancellation
Golden Farm reserves the right to cancel any order without penalty. Customers may cancel orders without penalty if notification is received at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date.

We retain necessary details for order fulfillment and may use them for marketing purposes. We do not sell customer information to third parties. Credit card details are not stored after payment processing.
